Regeniam served as an advisor on a $300M+ transit-oriented residential tower for a family office backed global development company. The included securing a $50M joint-venture equity commitment, structured alongside $180M+ in senior debt and $60M+ in EB-5 preferred equity. Regeniam provided data intelligence, underwriting, and asset-management advisory throughout the process. The 53-story, 600+ unit tower was recently completed, supported by institutional partners and delivered with a top-tier general contractor.
