Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Historic City & Waterfront Master Plan, Jeddah

This project was a collaboration with a private investor and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on a $700M investment to rejuvenate Jeddah's waterfront and historic urban center. A cornerstone of the project was its commitment to ESG principles and the UN's SDGs, with a development plan emphasizing environmental stewardship, social inclusion, and cultural preservation. The plan included water-treatment infrastructure improvements and a UNESCO designation which we led, showcasing a partnership with nature that balanced development with sustainability.
